Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels and it’s FUN!
Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focussed on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.

These will now run on Thursdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm but you must book in before attending.

This program is for any beginner aged 5 and above. The sessions will be taken by Justin and his assistants with a maximum of 8 per group. This enables the coaches to accommodate various standards by allocating children of similar ability to each coach.
The aim of the sessions are to teach children the basic fundamentals that will enable them to play a proper game of tennis. The emphasis is largely based upon improving technique and this is achieved in a fun, game-based style of coaching.
$140 for 8 x 1 hour lessons.
Red & Orange Ball (ages 4-6) run Wednesdays 4.00pm to 5.00pm
Green Ball (ages 7-12) run Wednesdays 5.00pm to 6.00pm
